Our products are made of various material qualities which in a certain rate differs from each-other in Al2O3 content, wear and heat resistancy and insulation capacity and colour.

The application field greatly determines their choice.

Material Quality, K-5

Due to its hardness and wear resistancy it can be excellently used for manufacturing thread guides and industrial nozzles. It is suitable to guide fine textile threads for winning, spinning and weaving machines and at wire production succeeds in standing against wearing effect of wires running at high temperature because of friction. Experiences show the lifetime of ceramic parts much longer than of the formerly used metal parts.

A value of Ra 0.6-0.9 mm can be reached by tumbling the surface of the thread guides, while a fine, smooth surface below Ra 0.6 can be obtained with polishing.

Due to its heat resistancy as well as heat-shock resistancy this material quality is also suggested for the production of threaded parts for welding equipment of protecting atmosphere. This quality is suggested for the manufacture of fixing elements for furnace linings.

Material Quality, FK-7

It is suggested for the production of complicated shapes and products with thin wall. As this quality has a very good electrical insulation property, mainly lamp parts are made out of it, mostly parts for germicidal, quartz and photo lamps.

Material Quality, EK-73

A corundum-based porous ceramic which is used for manufacturing insulating products. Usable to manufacture insulating parts of more complicated shape, as well as bigger and more compact products. Its surface can be well coloured by applying glaze coating.

Our pressed products are made from a material having  an alumina content  of 92-94%.

Extremely compact ceramic parts can be made with a hydraulic pressing machine.

Electrical insulators, thread brakes for textile machines, grinding cylinders and ceramic washers

And inserts of various dimensions are among our products.

This material is characterized  by hardness, compactness, wear-resistancy usability at high temperature ,electrical insulation capability. All these give the opportunity to apply it in a wide range of Industry.
